| The College of Sciences and Engineering (CSE) was established in 1996 to provide the foundation for all fields of knowledge. |
T he College of Science and Engineering (CSE) was one of the founding colleges here at National Dung Hwa Univerisity. With eight departments, CSE offers exceptional degree programs for undergraduate and graduate studies. In addition, CSE has three Centers : Nano-Science and Technology Research Center , Energy Technology Center andTechnology Innovation Center for Content. The college seeks to make itself the school of choice for higher education and advanced research by promoting cross-disciplinary activities. We currently have more than 1,495 undergraduate and 821 graduate students and 109 faculties.

N ano-Science and Technology Research Center
Our Nano centre coordinates the educational and research efforts from various programs to achieve objectives that follow the worldwide nanotechnology development trends. Currently the following program projects are involved.

- Science and Technology of New Generation of Nanostructured Visible Light Photocatalysts.
- Nano-diamond-Protein complex development, manipulation and applications in biological and medical systems.
