The purpose aims at giving an understanding of the most important techniques for digital control system design and their applications in a variety of fields.

  2. Computer-oriented mathematical models

  3. Process-oriented models

  4. Analysis of discrete systems

  5. Disturbance models

  6. Translation of analog design

The course could be presented in a standard format of lectures, readings

and problem sets. The role of computer-based exercises should be stressed.
